Brief Biography of Rev.G.Samuel Ayyagaru

Rev. G. Samuel, President of the Bible Mission, was the only son of Gudipati Yohanu and Kanthamma from the village of Malki Mohammad Pur in Eluru Taluka, West Godavari District. He was born on April 13, 1921, in Malki Mohammad Pur. He studied up to the 5th grade in Agadala Lanka and up to the 8th grade in Akiveedu. He completed teacher training in Kakinada and worked as a teacher in the Akiveedu field from June 1942 to May 1945. He grew up with a natural devotion to God and had the habit of daily solitary prayer. For his spiritual development, he regularly engaged in fasting prayers with determination.
Romans 3:22 - "This righteousness is given through faith in Jesus Christ to all who believe. There is no difference between Jew and Gentile."
Through Miss Rudamma, he came to know the man of God, Father M. Devadasu Ayya. Due to his spiritual hunger and thirst, he took a six-month leave from his job in May 1945 to learn the word of God from Devadasu Ayya in Rajahmundry. In September 1945, while he was in the presence room, the Lord told him, "Leave your job." When he asked the Lord, "What about money?", the Lord assured him, "I will provide." From that day until today, he has prospered by the Lord's grace. The Lord later instructed him to resign from his mission work. Despite being devout and prayerful in the mission, casting out demons, and healing the sick, the Lord told him, "Those who should come to glory must come into the Bible Mission." Consequently, he left the CBM congregation and joined the Bible Mission, resigning from his job to enter full-time ministry.
He decided to stay with Devadasu Ayya for life, learning from him. He testifies that the joy, blessings, and prosperity he found in service to the Lord were not found in his job. His initial gospel ministry in the village of Paidichintapadu led to pastors like P. L. James, Rev. P. Bhushanamu, Pastor Vishwasarao, and B. Paul, as well as Y. V. Ratnam, Y. Immanuel in Y. M. Puram, G. M. Isaac, Y. Joseph, Y. Vajramma, and B. Ratnamma in Agadala Lanka, becoming Bible Mission workers.
Under the leadership of Father M. Devadasu Ayya, Rev. K. Vijayarathnam and Rev. P. Benjamin consecrated him as a church pastor in October 1947. He was also consecrated as a Reverend in Guntur in 1949. On December 29, 1947, he married Victoria, the third daughter of Rev. P. Benjamin and Kanthamma. She was a peerless and naturally devout mother. In 1947, he toured the East Godavari district, spreading the gospel. In 1948, he worked at the mission station in the village of Prattipadu near Tadepalligudem. From 1950 onwards, he settled in the village of Komadavolu near Eluru and worked throughout the West Godavari district.
He established Bible Mission congregations in the Eluru region. Every Monday, he traveled to Kakani and listened to the teachings of the man of God every Tuesday. In 1956, Father M. Devadasu Ayya taught about the Divine Presence in Guntur. After hearing this teaching and praying in the Divine Presence, on September 1st, the holy Martin Margaret revealed that the Divine Presence should be established. After informing the man of God about this matter, he established a gathering called "Divine Gracious Presence" with seven members on September 15th. From then on, he settled permanently in Eluru.
For seven years, he conducted fasting prayers with the congregation members and built a 60x21 feet church, which was consecrated on December 13, 1964, as the "Maranatha" Bible Mission Church. Additionally, by the grace of the Lord, a house named "Divine Gracious Presence Residence," valued at one lakh rupees, was constructed through him and was dedicated on January 7, 1981. The Lord blessed him in every way. From 1959 to 1978, he served as the Secretary of the Bible Mission. From 1979 to August 1983, he held the position of Vice President. In August 1983, he was elected as the President and was formally installed as the President on January 28, 1984.

Rev.Benjamin Garu

Rev. B. Benjamin, a resident of Unikili village in Tanuku Taluka, studied under Devadas Ayya in Rajahmundry. He followed Ayya's teachings and prayed alone from a young age. During one such prayer, a glowing cross entered his heart. He went to Ayya in tears, and after Ayya prayed, the burning sensation subsided. Later, he shared his experience of seeing visions for three years whenever the Lord appeared to him openly.
From his childhood, he had divine devotion and worked as a pastor in the Lutheran Mission for a long time. His teachings, conduct, and obedience were remarkable. His wife, Kanthamma, was a devout woman with a profound prayer life. Whenever Devadas Ayya visited their home, he was treated with great hospitality. Ayya conducted major meetings wherever Benjamin was.
Eventually, after the Bible Mission was revealed and established, Benjamin left his pastor position in the Lutheran Mission and joined the Bible Mission. Kanthamma was persistent about joining the Bible Mission revealed to Ayya until they finally did. Despite facing some hardships after joining, they endured until the end. Benjamin served as the Secretary and President of the Bible Mission for some time. He slept in the Lord on October 12, 1949, in Guntur. His wife, Kanthamma, slept in the Lord on July 7, 1943.
